High School YWAM Mission Trip

We will be traveling with YWAM to Ensenada, Mexico
Trip Date: April 9th-13th*
 
Drop off: at ACS 4/9 at 9:30am
Check-in Location: Lunch area
Group Picture: 10:00am
Prayer: Dr. Barker
 
Pick up: at ACS 4/13 at approximately 1:00pm 
 
Team Members, please turn in the Following to the Main Office ASAP
1) Your signed & notarized Affidavit (parent permission form)
2) A copy of your Passport 
3) A copy of your medical insurance card 
These can be emailed (jpg or pdf) or brought into the office.
 
Cost: tentatively $550 ($100 deposit paid to ACS**
Deadline to register: April 1st
Final payments are due by APRIL 13th!

**Since we are registered as a group, please remit all payments to ACS. ACS will then submit a final group payment. 
 
IMPORTANT PASSPORT INFO:
A valid (not expired before 4/13/22) passport book or passport card is necessary to go on the trip. To obtain a new passport by April 8, call (877)487-2778  and make an in-person appointment at the LA passport agency on Wilshire Blvd. Appointments can only be made when your travel is within 2 weeks. If you are in need of making an appointment, please email Dr. Barker for a letter that you will need from the school. 
 
*The week of April 11-14 will be a Mission / Wellness Week at the school for all Middle School students & High School students not going on the Mission Trip. 
 
FINANCIAL SUPPORT:
Some Financial Aid is available. Please contact [email protected] if needed.
